Annex Hotel Tavern Surigao, Surigao

I had a mixed experience at the hotel during my stay. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the port, which was super convenient for my ferry travel. The room was quite spacious and had all the necessary amenities. However, the service could definitely be improved, and there were a few issues with noise and cleanliness that stood out. Ultimately, it was a decent stay, though there are areas that need attention.

I had a decent stay at the Annex overall, with a comfortable bed and great Wi-Fi. However, the air conditioning unit was quite noisy and resetting it every time became a hassle. The staff were generally accommodating, but there were a few areas that could use improvement, particularly with the noise levels and interaction from some staff members.

I had an overall positive experience at the hotel, enjoying the clean and comfortable rooms and the quick access to the port for my ferry. While I had a minor issue with the air conditioning making strange noises, the Wi-Fi was reliable, and I appreciated the convenience of having water available for free. On the downside, the payment process during check-out was frustrating as I faced an unexpected double charge, which dampened my stay a bit.
